We do not charge any fee for an initial meeting and discussion of
your legal situation. Although we are able to offer a variety of fee options,
in workers' compensation and public employee matters, our fee will normally be
a contingent fee. In those cases, our fees are contingent upon your recovery.
If we are not able to assist you so you receive compensation, we receive no
fee.
In matters where a contingent fee is not appropriate, we bill on
an hourly basis. We believe our hourly rates are fair and comparable to those
providing similar services. Of course, we will always advise you of our fees
before we undertake to represent you. If you have any questions, you should not
be it the least hesitant to discuss our fee schedule with us. |
