Wayne Williams

Wayne is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington. After admission to practice, in Washington, in 1970, Wayne became an assistant attorney general. He left the Attorney General's Office to enter private practice and later became a principal in the firm of Rolland, O'Malley & Williams, P.S., in 1987. In 1992, that firm became Rolland, O'Malley, Williams & Wyckoff, P.S.

In 2005, he, Doug Wyckoff and Dane Ostrander began the firm of Williams, Wyckoff & Ostrander, PLLC. Wayne has represented and tried cases for injured and disabled workers before the State Department of Retirement Systems, the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and all levels of our court system. Wayne is an Eagle Member and is on the Board of Governors of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). He has served as Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the WSAJ. Wayne is also a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has written articles and given continuing legal education presentations for other trial lawyers.

Douglas P. Wyckoff

Doug has successfully tried cases before juries and judges in 17 different Washington State Counties. Doug has worked as a private practice trial lawyer in Olympia since his admission to practice in 1978. He has represented injured workers, labor unions and employees before superior court judges and juries, as well as state boards and commissions. He has also argued cases in Washington's Appellate Courts.

Doug is an Eagle Member in the Washington State Association of Justice (WSAJ). He has authored articles for other trial lawyers. Most recently, Doug has dedicated his trial practice to representing injured workers throughout the State of Washington. In 2005, Doug, along with Wayne Williams and Dane Ostrander, formed the firm of Williams, Wyckoff & Ostrander, PLLC.

Dane Ostrander

After graduating with an MBA and a law degree in 1997, Dane worked as a Corporate Controller for an Oregon company, where his job duties included representing the company's interest in workers' compensation matters. In 2000, he returned to Olympia as an associate with Rolland, O'Malley, Williams & Wyckoff, P.S. In 2005, Dane, along with Wayne Williams and Doug Wyckoff, formed the firm of Williams, Wyckoff & Ostrander, PLLC. As a member of the firm, Dane limits his practice to workers' compensation and social security matters. Dane is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association of Justice (WSAJ) and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He has authored and co-authored articles for the Washington State Association of Justice and Continuing Legal Education Seminars.

Julie Hatcher

After graduating from Trend Business College, in 1986, with a degree for Legal Secretary / Medical Secretary, Julie joined the previous firm of Rolland, O'Malley, Williams & Wyckoff, P.S. She obtained her paralegal degree from The University of Puget Sound and graduated Summa Cum Laude, in 1992. She has worked in the workers' compensation field since 1986 and has experience working with the Department of Labor and Industries, the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and the various courts around the State of Washington. Julie is our Paralegal and Office Manager.

Shanna Winters

Shanna worked for the Department of Labor and Industries for 16 years. Shanna is a trained mediator and was part of the inter-agency mediation project. She was the Chief Shop Steward for the Department of Labor and Industries for five years, and was a Shop Steward for five years prior to serving as the Chief. She also served on many management negotiation teams and the Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiation team. Shanna's final position with the Department was as a claims consultant in the Legal Services Section. As a claims consultant, she was asked to provide training for the orientation for Assistant Attorneys General in November 2001. In 1996, she was awarded the Adjudicator of the Year award by Puget Sound Special Investigations. Since January of 2002, she has worked with us as a claims analyst.
